Return & replacement Policy

Al Sannat company always seeks to satisfy its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return unused goods within 7 days of receiving the order, and the total amount paid for the merchandise will be returned.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless you received the damaged product or an incorrect product was shipped. We hope to give us a period of 5 to 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to complete the process of returning the amount.

◄ Note: The Orders cannot be returned to any of the Al Sunat branches.

If you return any part of the order and this order is part of an offer or a discount, the value of the refund amount can be reduced.

The colors displayed on our website may differ from the actual product color due to the screen resolution or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the photos on our website accurately represent our products.

Please put the original purchase invoice or a copy of it inside the carton. (If you do not have it, please include a piece of paper detailing your name, address, email, phone number, returned product, and order number).

Products must be returned in their new condition, unused, with all identification cards, in new condition and in proper packaging.

Replacement Policy

* Products are replaced in their original condition without any obvious damage or harm, provided that the technical report on the products received after their arrival at our warehouses states that they are suitable for replacement

* Replacement will not be made if 3 days have passed from the date of purchase, even if the product has not been used

* The customer has the right, in the event of a manufacturing defect and the customer wishes to replace it, even after the 3-day period specified for replacement has passed
