Product care

Our brands are globally recognized and synonymous with quality, style, reliability and innovation in travel bags and accessories. To ensure a long life for your luggage and travel accessories, the following guidelines should be followed:

External Cleaning

Use a soft sponge, cloth with water, or any other light household detergent to clean the body of the bag for different brands. Use a multi-purpose cleaning liquid spray and rub it vigorously. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can harm the product.

Internal Cleaning

Clean nylon and polyester parts, clean with a soft, damp cloth. For stains, we suggest using a bag cleaner or a mixture of water and an ISO-alcohol solution evenly and avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach. Preferably use a brush to remove lint from clothes that remove lint and dust

Travel pillows

For cleaning travel pillows and polyester bags it is not recommended to clean them in the washing machine. Instead, we recommend using the cleaning agent with mild soap, such as dish soap and water, and dry it outdoors.

storage

Luggage is stored in wheels upright in a dry place. Avoid storing luggage at high temperatures. We also recommend placing small bags inside the large ones for easy storage

TSA lock settings

Although many of our products have TSA locks; Various designs but lock setting settings remain constant. For lock setting instructions, please follow the instructions for the TSA lock card, or read the following instructions:

◄ All locks for new bags are set to numbers (0 - 0 - 0).

Security and Mobility Department:

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) examiners and airport flight registration personnel are trained to recognize the Sentry® travel logo. They know that the luggage displaying this mark is allowed to remain locked. TSA examiners can open these locks when necessary with special codes known to them. Traveling with Sentry® (approved locks) enables examiners to open luggage faster and without having to break locks. .
